Online card, cash on delivery, card on delivery or bank transfer. For a transfer, you check the receipt and mark the order paid.

Payment method

Price delivery by zone number.

Every address in Qatar has a zone. Group zones into areas, give each area a price, and choose where cash on delivery is allowed. Pickup from your shop is free.

Zones 1 to 98. Areas in this demo: zones 1–50 cost QAR 15, 51–89 cost QAR 25, and 90–98 cost QAR 40 with no cash on delivery.

Questions

What does it cost? Nameer is free while it is in early access. Plans will be published before launch, and you will be told before anything is charged.

Do I need a developer? No. You set up the store, its pages and its products from the dashboard, in Arabic or English.

Which languages does a store have? Every store has Arabic and English. You choose the default, and customers can switch at any time.

Can I use my own domain? Not yet by yourself. Every store has its own address, yourname.nameer.store, and you can ask us to connect a domain.

Can I change my store's address? No, so choose it with care. It can use English letters, numbers and hyphens, from 3 to 40 characters.

How can customers pay? By card online, in cash or by card on delivery, or by bank transfer. You choose which methods your store offers.

How do card payments reach me? Card payments are paid out to your bank account by the payment provider. Providers and payout times are confirmed during setup.

Do you deliver my orders? No. You deliver with your own courier or offer pickup from your shop, and set the delivery price for each zone.

Can I deliver outside Qatar? Not yet. Delivery areas are Qatar zone numbers.

Can I close the store for a while? Yes. Close it, stop new orders on a schedule, or show a Coming Soon page until you are ready.

How many stores can I have? Up to five on one account, each with its own address, products and orders.

What do I need to start? An email address to sign in. Before you open, add your commercial registration and national address certificate.
